The Busira Lomami Equateur Division "BLE" is located in the Equateur Province, Tshuapa District, in Yalusaka, in the Ikela Territory.

The main activity is the cultivation of rubber trees.

A vast and modern factory was erected in the middle of these plantations for the production of granulated rubber and has a capacity of 2 tons/hour.

The BLO has a production plant for palm oil with a capacity of 10 tons/hour.

S.C.A.M has three factories: one in Nganda Tsundi for the processing of cocoa, another in Tshela for granulated rubber (capacity of 750 kilos/hour) and finally, one in Boma for the production of palm kernel oil (PKO) and expeller (PKE).
